Albany Police Department July activity report

Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of July, 2012. During the month, 56 citations were issued involving 30 separate violations.

Citations issued last month by APD include: Theft by deception (gas), six; criminal trespass-third degree, five; alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct-second degree and DUI, four each; no insurance and criminal mischief, three each; disorderly conduct, promoting contraband-first degree, speeding and expired plates, two each.

There was one citation each for the following: no operator’s license, cultivation of marijuana, improper start, leaving the scene of an accident, criminal trespass-first degree, expired plates, failure to transfer motor vehicle, improper plates, driving on a suspended license, violation of an EPO/DVO, public intoxication, wanton endangerment-first degree, persistent felony offender, improper plates, burglary-third degree, reckless driving, fleeing and evading police, assault-second degree and criminal littering.

The police department also served 17 warrants during the month of July.
