Clinton County’s John Crouch hit his approach shot on hole number two. Crouch finished the round at Dale Hollow with a 46. Clinton County won the match against Caverna, Cumberland County and Glasgow’s B-Team.
Clinton County Senior Trevor Riddle hit his approach shot on hole number one during a match last week at Dale Hollow State Resort Park. Clinton won the three-way match by shooting at 174 team score. Riddle finished with a four over par 40.
The Clinton County Golf Team picked up several wins last week, with the first coming over Monticello at Monticello Country Club, 175-183.
Individual scores for that match were: Trevor Riddle – 45, John Crouch – 41, Kolby Smith – 41, and Reed Sloan – 48. Jeffery Brown rounded out scoring with a 49.
During Tuesday’s match at Dale Hollow State Park Resort, Clinton County picked up three match wins against Caverna, Cumberland County and Glasgow’s B-Squad. Clinton County shot a team score of 174 with individual scores including Riddle’s 40, Smith and Sloan’s 44 and Eli Brown’s 46. Crouch rounded out scoring for Clinton County with a 46.
During the girls match Monday, Clintoin County placed second out of three, with Taylor County defeating the Lady Dawgs, 161-200.
Ansley Stalcup finished with a 45, followed by Addison Bernard’s 51, Samantha Stinson shot a 49 and Macy Campbell carded a 55. Bree Boils rounded out scoring with a 57, as well as London Honeycutt who finished with a 69.
The match was played at Dale Hollow State Resort Park.
