James Earnest (Bubbay) Conner, 74, Hwy. 1590, Albany, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2012 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Imer and Surepta Polston Conner and was also preceded in death six brothers and three sisters.

He is survived by three sisters, Betty Guffey, New Castle, IN; Jeanette (Randy) Mayfield, Indianapolis, IN; Geneva Boils, Albany; a sister-in-law, Vera Conner; special niece, Debbie Boils and two special nephews, Doug and David Boils, all of Albany.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Weldon Haddix Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Ridge and Rev. Greg Guffey officiating. Final resting place in Lands Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements made through Weldon Haddix Funeral Home of Albany.
