Hazel Mae McKinney, 85, Franklin, Tennessee and formerly of Bowling Green, Kentucky, passed away Monday, September 10, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Curtis Shelton and Belva Guffey Shelton and wife of the late Virgil Ray McKinley. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Emerine Mills and a brother, Donald Shelton. She was a member of Living Hope Baptist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Belinda (Ben) Norwood, Franklin, TN; a son, John (Tina) McKinley, Shore Acres, TX; a sister, Bonnie Hill, Pasadena, TX; two granddaughters, Sarah and Kathryn McKinley; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Hardy and Son Funeral Home in Bowling Green with final resting place in Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements made through Hardy and Son Funeral Home of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
