Barbara Powell Hidalgo Rianhard, 81, Tallahassee, Florida and formerly of Albany, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2012 in Tallahassee. She was the daughter of the late Anna and Leonard Powell.

She is survived by a son, William V. Hidalgo, Jr., Tallahassee, FL; a sister, Joyce Armstrong, Belmont, MI; two brothers, Max Powell, Marion, IN; David Powell, Prospect, KY; also several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held in Albany, with a tentative date for June 8, 2013. Memorial donations should be made to Albany United Methodist Church.
