A Jamestown man was arrested early last Wednesday morning following a raid on his home by Russell County Sheriff’s Deputies, according to Deputy Sheriff Nick Bertram.
Jeffery Foley, 50, was taken into custody around 6:30 a.m. about five miles south of Jamestown off of U.S. 127. He was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in marijuana and tampering with physical evidence following an investigation and search warrant execution by Bertram and Deputies Mark Cromwell and Evan Burton.
According to Bertram, a quantity of processed marijuana, some methamphetamine and cash was taken by police from Foley’s residence.
Foley was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
