Parker would like to announce that he has a new brother, Cooper! He was born July 2, 2012 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital at 11:01 p.m. He weighed 9 lbs. and was 21 1/2 inches long. His mommy and daddy are Nathan and Ashley Neathery of Burkesville. Maternal grandparents are Kent and Bobbi Shearer of Albany. Paternal grandparents are Gary and Marsha Coppage of Russell Springs, and the late Steve Neathery.

Clinton Rec/Park Board meeting

The Clinton County Rec/Park Board is scheduled to have its regular meeting Thursday, September 27 at 6 p.m. at Mountain View Park. The meeting is open to the public.

Project Graduation will meet Thursday, September 20 at 6 p.m. at the CCHS cafeteria. All seniors and parents are urged to attend as new officers for the 2012-13 Project Graduation will be elected.
