More than 80 people from the community were on hand Friday at the Christian Family Life Center at Highway Church for the annual Clinton County Drug Forum. The guest speaker for the event was Connie Neal, Chief Operating Officer in the Administrative Offices of the Courts in the Drug Court Division. Neal said she is the oldest drug court employee and has been in the drug court division since its inception in 1996.
