Bharatkumar S. Patel, 48, N. Hwy. 127, Albany and a native of India, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012 as the result of a vehicle accident. He was the operator of Somerset Oil Service Station.

He is survived by his wife, Ramilaben Patel; two sons, Rahulkuma and Bipinkumar Patel; two daughters, Pinkiben and Dipikaben Patel, all of Albany.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Weldon Haddix Funeral Home in Albany, which was in charge of arrangements.
