Ruby Ann Griffin, 79, Greenfield, Indiana, formerly of New Castle and a native of Tateville, Kentucky, passed away Friday, October 19, 2012 in Greenfield. She was the wife of the late John S. Griffin and attended Foursquare Gospel Church for many years.

She is survived by a son, John A. “Tony” Griffin, Greenfield; a sister, Kelda (Ray) Wade, Berea, KY; a niece Genella Ihrig; a nephew, Tim Wade, Berea, KY; sisters-in-law, Bessie Tapley, New Castle, IN; Ruby Curtis, Richmond, KY; Coleen Cross and Vinnie Murray of Kentucky.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service with final resting place in South Mound Cemetery in New Castle, Indiana. Arrangements made through Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service of New Castle.
