Thanks to a great effort from the staff and students at ECC, the Clinton County School District won regional honors in the Region 14 Small Elementary School Attendance category based on the attendance data collected on the statewide High Attendance Day on September 18th.
Boasting an attendance of 97.55 percent, ECC won top honors for its district.
“As Director of Pupil Personnel, I am proud that all of our schools take attendance seriously and work hard to make sure our students are given every opportunity to learn and be successful,” said Julie Daniels in annoncing the award. “By focusing on attendance from the earliest age at ECC, we will help our students create strong attendance habits that will serve them well throughout their lives.”
