Elba L. Salyers, 83, a resident of Pickett County Care and Rehab, Byrdstown, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2012 at Clinton County Hospital.
She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Pratt, AZ; Terry May, MI; two sons, Jeff Wright, WS; Allen Wright, MI; a sister, Laura Shelton, Albany; a cousin, Jimmie Lee Ferguson; also two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, October 29, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Shelton officiating. Final resting place in Cartwright Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
