Jake John Radford, 80, Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2012 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was the son of the late Jacob Miller and Fannie Pearl Page Radford and a member of Seminary United Methodist Church.

He is survived by a sister, Bertie Caleb Radford, Burkesville, Kentucky.
