Olivia Grace Riddle would like to announce the birth of her baby brother, Braxton James Riddle. He was born at Cookeville Regional Medical Center October 1, 2012 at 5:22 p.m. He weighed 8 lbs. 13 oz. and was 20 3/4 inches long. Braxton is the son of Chad and Tamara Riddle and grandson of James and Shirley Riddle and Gayle and Cathy Cooksey.

Fiscal Court monthly meeting

Clinton County Fiscal Court will hold its regular monthly meeting Thursday, November 15 at 5 p.m. at the courthouse. The meeting is open to the general public.

The Clinton County Retired Teachers will meet on Tuesday, November 13 at the Clinton County Extension Office. Come and learn about its services to our community.

Wellness Center 5K turkey trot

Twin Lakes Family Wellness Center in Albany will be hosting the 5th annual 5K Turkey Trot on Sunday, November 18. Events include a 5K run, two-mile fitness walk and one-mile run for kids. Extension Homemakers’ Bazaar in Adair County

The Adair County Extension Homemakers’ Bazaar will be Saturday, November 17 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the VFW Hall on Fairgrounds St., Columbia. There will be arts and crafts, holiday decorations, homemade baked goods, jams, jellies, relishes, candles, door prizes, lunch and good fellowship. See you there !!
