Lola Jean Shields, 84, Adams Lane, Byrdstown, Tennessee, passed away Friday, November 9, 2012 at Cookeville Regional Hospital. She was a member of Lee’s Chapel United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Gene Shields, Byrdstown, TN; two daughters, Deborah Anise Clausing, Dayton, OH; Sherri Lynn Linville, Acworth, GA; a son, Charles Franklin Shields, Roxboro, NC; also eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Sexton, Bro. Robert Morris and Bro. Paul Shields officiating. Final resting place in Memorial Hills Cemetery in Clinton County. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
