Storm Dawson Garrett, age 5 1/2 months, passed away Friday, February 18, 2011 at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

He is survived by his parents, Anthony Garrett and Kelly Donnavan Smith; paternal grandparents, Rodney and Tina Garrett, all of Albany; Teresa and Junior Gray, Burkesville, KY; maternal grandparents, Kelly and Pam Kirk, Burkesville, KY; paternal great-grandparents, Wayne and Diana Garrett, Albany; maternal great-grandparents, Donna Carter Smith, Burkesville, KY; Billy and Phyllis Smith, Anderson, IN; Phillip Kirk, Burkesville, KY; also several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Grace Fellowship Church with final resting place in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Arrangements made through Norris-New Funeral Home of Burkeville, Kentucky.
