Earl G. Owens, 87, New Castle, Indiana and a native of Albany, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Henry County Hospital in New Castle. He was the son of the late Odell and Drucey Owens and a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Dora Dean (Gibson) Owens; a son, James “Rick” Owens, New Castle, IN; a sister, Gladys Foster, Albany; two granddaughters, Casi D. and Jamie N. Owens, both of New Castle, IN; and two sisters-in-law, Wilma Walters and Jane Stockton.

Funeral services were held Friday, November 30, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Macer-Hall Funeral Home with final resting place in South Mound Cemetery. Arrangements made through Macer-Hall Funeral Home of New Castle, Indiana.
