Noah and Miley would like to announce the birth of their baby sister, Briella. She was born on November 12, 2012 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She weighed 8 lbs., 1.5 oz. and was 19 inches long. Proud parents are Brandon and Beth Brown. Maternal grandparents are Jerry and Brenda Dalton. Paternal grandparents are Bill and Deborah Brown.
