J.C. Watson, 81, Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at Cumberland County Hospital.

He is survived by his wife, Grace Webb Watson; a son, Danny Watson, both of Burkesville, KY; a daughter, Susan Cross, Albany; also three grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday, December 28, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Norris-New Funeral Home with final resting place in Williams Cemetery in Clay County, Tennessee. Arrangements were made through Norris-New Funeral Home of Burkesville, Kentucky.
