Clinton County Sheriff Rick Riddle points to the residue still visible in a meth lab bottle that was discovered in the bed of a 1996 blue Ford Ranger pickup truck last week. Riddle spotted the lab after stopping the truck near the Peolia Church on the Wolf River Dock Road last Thursday morning. Riddle said he stopped the truck because he knew of outstanding warrants on a passenger in the vehicle, Matt Reynolds. Another passenger, Toyna Conatser, had outstanding warrants on her as well, which was found out after the traffic stop was made. Reynolds and two others in the truck, Donald J. Craft of Albany, and Conatser of Albany, were all arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine in the first degree, and lodged in the Clinton County Jail. Officers with the Kentucky State Police were later called to the scene to dispose of the materials in the meth lab. Riddle said there will be more charges pending.
