Grady D. Cope, 74, Burkesville, Kentucky and a native of Clinton County, passed away Monday, December 24, 2012 at Cumberland County Hospital. He was the son of the late Stanley U. and Ollie Mae Walker Cope and a member of Cedar Hill United Methodist Church. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Noel and William Bill, and Harlan Cope and an infant daughter, Lana Cope.

He is survived by his wife, Wilda Martin Cope; a son, Lane (Ellen) Cope, both of Burkesville, KY; two brothers, Danny (Carol) Cope, of Byrdstown, TN; Printis (Barbara) Cope, Muncie, IN; two sisters, Letha (Tab) Easterly, Niceville, FL; Rita Graham, Albany; three granddaughters, Amanda Parks, Ashley Stotts and Alisha Cope; also six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday, December 28, 2012 at Norris-New Funeral Home with Bro. David Irwin and Bro. Jimmy Powell officiating.
