Albany Police Department has released its monthly activity report for the month of December 2012. During the month, the department issued 30 citations involving 18 violations.

Citations issued for the month of December are as follows: shoplifting, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of a meth precursor, three each; no operator’s license, violation of EPO, second degree disorderly conduct and second degree burglary, two each.

There was one citation issued for each of the following: failure to produce insurance card; DUI; possession of a forged prescription; alcohol intoxication; first degree criminal mischief; third degree terroristic threatening; theft by deception under $500; driving on a suspended license-DUI, second; DUI third; failure to register motor vehicle.

The police department also served six warrants during the month of December 2012.
