William Riley Combest, 91, Albany, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Pickett County Care and Rehab in Byrdstown, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie Combest. He was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church and a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Patricia Combest, Albany; a special niece, Zena Perdue; also several other nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Tone and Chaplain Martha Simmons officiating. Final resting place in Memorial Hill Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to Pickett Care and Rehab activity fund.
