Jimmie Lynn Owens, 50, Albany, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at his residence. He was the son of the late Jimmy Dean Owens.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Owens, Monticello, KY; a daughter, Nicole (Kyle) Phillips, Byrdstown, TN; a son, Brandon Owens, Plainfield, IN; his mother, Ruth Owens, Albany; four brothers, Lonnie, Ernest and Rex Owens, all of Albany; Verlan Owens, Somerset, KY; two nieces, Renea and Angelia Owens and a nephew, Jackson Owens.

Funeral services were held Friday, January 25, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Shelley and Bro. David Stewart officiating. Final resting place in Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
