Karly Elizabeth Rains is pleased to announce the arrival of her baby sister, Kamryn Noel Rains. Kamryn was born on December 21, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. at T.J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow, Kentucky. She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long. Proud parents are Megan and Michael Rains. Maternal grandparents are Lane and Karen Melton. Maternal great-grandparents are Lillian Melton and the late Frank Melton, and Gene and Doris Craft. Paternal grandparents are Jody Rains and the late Ben Rains. Special Nana and Papa are Dr. William C. and Rita Powell.
