James Hugh Agee, 86, Anderson, Indiana, passed away Friday, February 13, 2013 in his home. He was born in Clinton County, a son of Bryant and Valeria Agee. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army Airborne Infantry. His parents, nine siblings and one infant grandson preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Mae Gregory Agee, two sons, Greg and Mike Agee and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial is planned.
