Dorothy L. Stearns, 87, Cumberland St., Albany, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville, Kentucky. She was the wife of the late W.H. “Bill” Stearns.

She is survived by a daughter, Sue Johnson, Albany; two sons, Billy Joe Stearns, Louisville, KY; James Stearns, Albany; a brother, Russell Dickerson, IN; also four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday, March 1, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Gregory and Bro. Donnie Pitcock officiating. Final resting place in Hopkins Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
