Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of February, 2013.

During the month of February, the department issued 27 citations involving 18 violations and served 11 warrants.

Citations were issued for the following: disorderly conduct and endangering a minor, three each; there were two each for: failure to register vehicle; reckless driving; trafficking in a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance not in original container.

One citation each was issued for the following: no operators license; permitting unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle; expired plates; no insurance; DUI; public intoxication; tampering; theft of a controlled substance; trafficking-second degree; operating on a DUI suspended license; and shoplifting.
