Allison Dean and Anthony Garrett announce the birth of their daughter, Skylan Elizabeth Garrett, on February 7, 2013 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 7 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Jim and Elizabeth Dean. Paternal grandparents are Teresa and Junior Gray and Rodney and Tina Garrett and paternal great-grandparents, Diane Garrett and Wayne Garrett. She also has aunts, uncles, and cousins who are happy she is here!
