Department releases monthly activity report

Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of March 2013. During the month, 21 citations were issued involving 14 violations.

Citations issued for the month include: disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended license, three each; public intoxication, fleeing police and wanton endangerment, two each.

There was one citation each for the following: improper plates, no insurance, no operator’s license, alcohol intoxication, improper parking, attempted murder of a police officer, reckless driving and criminal mischief-second degree.

APD also served one summons and three warrants during the month of March.
