James Oscar Huckelby, 76, Phillips Rd., Albany, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Clinton County Hospital. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Huckelby Thomas.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Joyce Huckelby; a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Donna Huckelby, all of Albany; a sister and brother-in-law, Lucille and Lloyd Gibson, Lynn, IN; three grandchildren, Ethan and Kelli Thomas and Haley Huckelby; a great-grandson, Rylan Lee; also several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Shelley, Bro. Dewey Aaron, Bro. Robert E. Thrasher and Dr. Wm. C. Powell officiating. Final resting place in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
