After being transported down Town Hill in reverse, then manuevering the tight turn at the bottom of the hill onto Fairgrounds Road, trucks moved large concrete beams toward the bridge construction being completed on the Albany Bypass project just south of Albany. The beams were moved through Albany last week and this week, causing traffic slowdowns for several minutes.
