The Pickett County Sheriff’s Department has once again arrested Harold Wayne Pryor, 55, 4963 North York Hwy., Pall Mall, for drug related charges.
Pryor was currently out on a $10,000 bond for prior possession of schedule II (meth) with intent to resale and drug paraphernalia charges. According to the arrest report, sheriff’s deputies were investigating another case and went to interview Pryor when Deputy Malcolm Johnson noticed small bags of a white substance.
After surveying other suspicious items at the residence, he notified Sheriff Dana Dowdy and a field test revealed the substance was to be methamphetamine. There was also a used lab found in a burning barrel near the scene.
Pryor was charged with possession of schedule IV with intent to resale, possession of a schedule II, manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II with intent to resale.
