Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of February, 2011.

During the month, 34 citations were issued involving 19 separate violations.

Citations for the month were as follows: possession of marijuana and theft by unlawful taking over $500, and DUI-first offense (aggravating circumstances), four each; alcohol intoxication and disorderly conduct, three each; possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespassing-third degree, two each.

There was one citation each for the following: tampering with physical evidence; hindering apprehension; violation of EPO/DVO; criminal mischief-third degree; unlawful transaction with a minor; disregarding stop sign; DUI on suspended license; expired registration; improper start; assault-fourth degree; no operator’s license and burglary-second degree.

Also, the APD served seven warrants during the month of February.
