Jerry Michael Ballew, 72, Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013 at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington. He was the son of the late Jason and Hailey Jane Ryan Ballew, husband of the late Lola Lee Garner Ballew and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Rita Joyce Hite.

He is survived by four sons, Bryan (Maryann) Garner, Michael Ballew, Jason (Amy) Ballew, all of Huber Heights, OH; Timothy (Tammy) Ballew, Fairborn, OH; a step-daughter, Orvilleen (Ed) Dozier, Gallatin, TN; two sisters, Joan (Jeff) Price and Janet Ballew, both of Albany; also 11 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and five nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Brown officiating. Final resting place in Modoc Cemetery in Cumberland County. Arrangements made through Campbell-New Funeral Home of Albany.
