William Dewayne “Bill” Conner, Sr., 74, Madison, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2013 at his home. He was the son of the late Harvey Thomas, Sr. and Sarah Alice Myers Conner.

He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline P. Conner; a son, Chip (Michelle) Conner; a daughter, Cherie Conner; a brother, Tom Conner, Jr.; three sisters, Louise Compton, Nell Shelhorn and Deborah Medford; two grandchildren, William Christian and Abigail Grace Conner; also survived locally by several cousins from Albany.

A celebration of life service was held Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Madison, Tennessee with final resting place in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Arrangements made through Spring Hill Funeral Home of Madison, Tennessee.
