Clay and Clint Moreland, twin sons of Doug and Cindy Moreland of Albany, fished in the Corp.

of Engineers Annual Catch a Rainbow Fishing Derby, June 1, 2013. There were more than 2,000 children fishing. Clay won his age division, landing a 2.9 lb trout. Clint and Clay both caught five fish each.
