Danny C. Allen, 48, Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Friday, May 24, 2013 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Emily Claywell Allen; his parents, Clifton and Drisilla Smith Allen; a son, Isaac Allen; a daughter, Emilia Allen, all of Burkesville, KY; two brothers, David Allen, New Castle, IN; John Allen, Edmonton, KY; a sister, Claudine Davidson, Burkesville, KY; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Sunday, May 26, 2013 at 4 p.m. at Burkesville Baptist Church with Dr. Mark Shelton, Tony Boils and Gerald Claywell officiating. Final resting place in Burkesville Cemetery.
