Barbara E. Hybner, 78, Albany, passed away Friday, June 7, 2013 at Clinton County Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry R. Hybner.

She is survived by two daughters, Melinda Hybner, Albany; Rose Ann Lemp, MD; also two grandchildren.

Memorial services will be planned at a later date. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
