The 2013 Clinton County Fair ended it’s run Saturday night with a packed grandstands, pictuired below, for the truck pull event that always produces a night of noise, smoke and thrills. Above, a group of youngsters combined a chance to win some prizes with the chance to cool off during Tuesday night’s Family Night water bucket relay race.
