Anders’ Memorial Tournament a huge success for golf teams

The Clinton County Golf Boosters would like to thank all of our sponsors, donors, players and volunteers who made the annual “Fore the Kids” and most importantly this year’s “Mike Anders Memorial Tournament” a huge success. Our kids are off to a great start for the year and we would like for you all to continue to remember them throughout the season. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Also, we would like to congratulate our tournament winners. In first place, the team of Bobby Huff, Kenny Stinson Jr., Steve Radford and Buddy Brown. In second place, the team of Evan Shelley, J.R. Stalcup, Mike Duvall and Wade Liston. In third place, the team of Sawyer Stalcup, Sid Scott Jr., Justin Duvall and Lance Cash. Best Senior Drive went to J. R. Stalcup, Best Drive was awarded to Egan Latham. Andrew Tallent and Justin Duvall won Closest To The Hole on hole number eight and four respectively and longest putt was awarded to Kenny Stinson, Jr. The Putting Contest was won by Sawyer Stalcup.

None of this could be possible without the support of our community, players, donors and volunteers. Thank you again to each and every person who contributed to this event. We look forward to a new season full of swings. In Loving Memory of Coach Mike Anders … “Fly High!”
