The Clinton County Leo Club held its charter night on May 23, with several local, state, and international Lions Club representatives in attendance to officially recognize its organization. A LEO Club, part of Lions International, is an organization for those ages 12-18 that want to participate in community service activities. The Clinton County Leo Club is the first Leo Club to be organized in District 43-C, which includes most of the central and southeastern region of Kentucky, and the Clinton County Leos have already begun several community projects. The Albany Lions Club would like to congratulate and thank our local Leo Club members for their willingness to give back to their community.
