The Clinton County Public Library has been awarded a BOOKS FOR CHILDREN grant. The library must receive $350 in donations from local businesses, clubs or patrons. The amount can be anything from $1 to $350. The total must be $350. We have received $233 so far. The library will receive $1,050 worth of books from the Libri Foundation. This is a really good grant. We have received it twice in the past. Please try to donate to this grant.

The library now has a subscription to Ancestry.com. It is free for library users.

The July reading program started on July 2. Children in grades K-4 must read five books per week. If in grades 5-8 they must read one book per week on their reading level. They must have their list turned in each Saturday at 11 a.m. to be in the drawing. Don’t forget about the End of Summer Reading Blowout on July 31. We have a great day planned.
