Kathy Ann Parrigin

Kathy Ann Parrigin, 58, Albany, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She was a member of Pikeview Baptist Church, daughter of the late Bill Pierce, and was also preceded in death by a niece, Gina Matthews.

She is survived by her husband, Phillip Dale Parrigin; her mother, Barbara Pierce; two sons, Jarred and Joshua Parrigin; a sister, Tyonia (Mike) Sinclair, all of Albany; three grandchildren, Rylee, Adalynn and Jaylee; special niece, Rachel Cross; and several other nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Sullivan and Dr. Wm. C. Powell officiating. Final resting place in Peolia Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.

    Rev. Charles R. Tone, 80, Columbia, Kentucky, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and formerly of Albany, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Signature Health at Summit Manor in Columbia. He was the son of the late August Adolph and Clara Welch Tone and was also preceded in death by five brothers.

    He was an ordained pastor in the Nazarene and United Methodist churches and pastored locally at Glensfork Nazarene Church in Adair County and 13 years at Pine Grove and Lands Chapel United Methodist churches

    Norman M. Savage, 70, Byrdstown, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late Herbert and Velma Bandy Savage.

    She is survived by a daughter, Cathy (Vince) Meccariello; a son, Kevin (Gail) Hill, Sanford, Florida; two sisters, Phyllis Blair, Albany, and Betty (Gordon) Ferguson, Lexington, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Travis (Kelly) Meccariello and Lindsey (Alex) Idle; a great-grandson, Noah Idle; also one nephew, Roger Ferguson.
